Yoga Lodging Package

Larry Payne, Ph.D. will be sharing his knowledge from almost 30 years of teaching yoga to men and women in the prime of their lives. He has recently written a book called "Yoga Rx" that discusses how to use yoga to heal chronic illness and injury that sometimes plagues students over 40.
In this workshop Larry will teach lectures and lead yoga routines that apply to this population. He is a kind man with a gentle nature that emanates from his being.
